• In the ICOS fileshare we have several group disks and also discern a large number of groups that all have different access rights to the group disks. So it could be that you are not member of one of the groups that has access to the disk that contains the folder that you are looking for. Please use the contact form below in this window after pressing the back button of this FAQ to request access and if you are eligible we will upgrade your access rights. 
• Another reason could be that the share link you were provided only works for people with an account and the right access rights. Please contact then the person that provided you with the share link to get a working link.
• A final reason could be that the folder and or file to which the share link points has been deleted. Please notify then the person that provided you with the share link
